CJSC IFC ART-CAPITAL shareholders elected the company’s new supervisory board members at their last meeting. Leonid Gorodetskiy, Director of Asset Management Company ART-CAPITAL Management, who is responsible for the development of the group’s asset management business, was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Yevgen Kravtsov, who headed the group’s back office before, was appointed Director of CJSC IFC ART-CAPITAL.
