Kiev, December 04, 2008 — AMC ART-CAPITAL Management received a formal notice of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC) acknowledging that Asset Open-ended Diversified Fund is legitimate and meets the minimum asset volume requirements set by the current legislation relative to mutual investment institutions (Decision of SSMSC No.1344 of November 18, 2008). 

Asset Open-ended Fund started public offering of its investment certificates on July 7, 2008. As of December 4, the net asset value of Asset Open-ended Fund is UAH 1.36 million and the Fund’s net asset value per one investment certificate outstanding is UAH 100.73. The Fund’s investment certificates were offered at their par value, i.e. UAH 100.00. The minimum amount of money required to purchase the Fund’s investment certificates is UAH1000.00.

Currently, AMC ART-CAPITAL Management manages seven investment funds, with the total assets value exceeding UAH250 million.
“In the present market environment with increased investment risks, Asset Open-ended Fund offers a diversified portfolio of fixed-income instruments,” says Volodymyr Ovadenko, Investment Director at AMC ART-CAPITAL Management. As the situation improves in the future, the percentage of shares will be increased. The balanced strategy will make it possible to reduce potential risks, and the open-ended form enables the clients to sell the Fund’s securities quickly. Offering and redemption of investment certificates will be carried out every workday (applications are accepted from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.) at the head office of ART-CAPITAL Investment Group located at 1 Narodnoho Opolchennya Street, 6th floor, Kyiv.
