When?
1. Redemption of the Fund’s investment certificates by the asset management company is carried out on the 1-st and 2-nd day of each month from 14.00 to 17.00. If one of the days of Redemption Application acceptance is a weekend, a holiday or a day-off, Redemption Applications are accepted on the first workday after the specified dates. If the days of Redemption Application acceptance are a weekend, holidays or day-offs, Redemption Applications are accepted on the first two workdays after the specified dates.
2. In the secondary market the investment certificates can be sold on any workday.
How?
Redemption paid by the asset management company:
1. Fill in the Investment Certificate Redemption Application
2. Submit the package of documents
3. Conclude the Investment Certificate Redemption Agreement
4. Instruct the custodian to debit the block of investment certificates from the securities account and transfer them to the securities account of the Fund
5. The investor receives the money not later than within 7 calendar days of the date of submission of the Redemption Application
Sale in the secondary market:
The Fund’s investment certificates are listed in PFTS (First Stock Trading System). Ticker - IFPTET. Liquidity of the Fund's investment certificates in the secondary market is verified by the ART – CAPITAL stock dealer, whom you can sell your investment certificates.
How much?
1. In case of redemption the price of the Fund’s investment certificates is defined on the basis of their estimated value as of the date of submitting the Redemption Application by the investor. The estimated value of investment certificates is defined by dividing the total cost of the Fund’s net assets into the quantity of the Fund’s investment certificates in circulation.
2. When selling the Fund’s investment certificates in the secondary market, the price is defined proceeding from supply and demand.
